I've just made a villager breeder so I'm in the process of making a captured zombie turn my villagers so I can cure them. My problem is that I've named 3 zombies, 2 of which i got to pick up sticks. I'll go mining and come back to him being gone, even though I have him in an underground room with no exits.
The spawn events are as follows: Adult - Zombie is an adult; Baby - Zombie is a baby; Convert to drowned - Zombie has been converted to a Drowned; Start transforming - Zombie has started transforming; Stop transforming - Zombie has stopped transforming; Entity spawned - Zombie has spawned (You can only choose one spawn event for the /summon

Expanding my custom village! This week its buildings/houses on the island! I found a texture pack that gets rid of the nether fog (bedrock) I never realized how much the fog limits the view. Both pictures are taken at a 28 chunk render distance.

The next step in this process is probably the most complicated one. The first villagers are the hardest to obtain because it all comes down to luck. This is because there are only two ways to get your villagers. You can either do it by curing zombie villagers that spawn near your base or kidnapping villagers that already live in a village. Spiders can spawn with status effects. Copied off the Minecraft wiki. As you can read from Minecraft's wiki, the main differences are: Hunger can kill you. Zombies are tougher (break through doors and spawn reinforcements) Villagers always turn into zombies when attacked by zombies. Spiders have status effects.
Spawning [edit | edit source]. Each baby zombie, baby husk, baby zombie villager, baby zombified piglin, or baby drowned that spawns has a 5% chance to check for an existing chicken within a 10×6×10 box centered on the baby's spawn location and spawn riding one of those chickens if there are any.

Villager breeding succeeds if the birthing parent can path to an unclaimed bed with at least two empty blocks over its head. Iron golem spawning happens if enough villagers haven't seen a golem recently, when gathered near a bell or panicked by zombies. Cats spawn around players in or near villages if enough beds (and few enough cats) are nearby.
